Abstract: 基于国内外专利技术转移、专利群战略的发展为背景,提出专利集成的概念,并分析专利集成中专利技术相关性的内涵( 包括专利技术相似性和专利技术互补性) 。核心部分在于提出基于文本挖掘的PS+PC分析体系,并以乳制品产业链的专利数据为例进行了实证分析。
English Abstract: In this paper we put forward a concept of patent integration based on literature researches of the patent technology transfer and patent cluster strategy,and analyze the connotation of patent technology relatedness in the patent integration,which includes the similarity
and complementarity of patent technology. In the core part of this paper,the formal method model is designed. This model includes PS method and PC method,where text mining is put to good use in both methods. At last,we choose the dairy industry chain to
test the PR method.
