Abstract在机构知识库的文献回顾基础上,比较香港多所大学图书馆以及北京的国家科学图书馆的机构知识库功能。设计:1)根据用户的工作流程扩展机构知识库的功能;2)根据用户行为重新设计机构知识库主页;3)考虑电子邮件认证系统;4)增加跨机构搜索;以及5)整合Web2.0服务元素到机构知识库。采用参与观察法和案例研究法,提出一条工业化生产线:「策划、宣传、举办活动,收藏、整理、分类图书馆活动,以及管理、检索与提供网络服务」,此工作流可将图书馆活动转化为网上教育资源。Based on the literatures review of institutional repository(IR),the IR functions of libraries of the universities in Hong Kong and National Science Library in Beijing are compared. To design: 1) the extendition of IR functions according to the user's workflow institutional repository, 2)the redesign of IR main webpage based on the user behavior, 3)the consideratoin of e-mail authentication system; 4) the addition of cross- search engine; and 5) the integration of Web2.0 service elements to the IR. By the participant observation and case study methods,the study proposes an industrial production line:“to plan, to promote, to organze library actives, and to collect, to sort, to classify the results of actives and how to retrievl, to manage, to support the library service online”. The library workflow can transformat library events to education resources online.
