Abstract在C.C.Kuhlthau的信息搜索模型基础上,增加Web2.0概念中的共享、共创与共建和Personas概念中的嵌入、驱动与交互,来创建与使用型人2.0去开发差异化用户行为模型。透过问卷调查、访谈调查、追踪观察,建立具有心理与社会特性的型人,用以探讨如何提升信息服务系统。因此或许延伸了Kuhlthau模型的研究与应用领域。Based on C.C.Kuhlthau s model of information search, Creating and using personas2.0 added the web2.0 concept include common share, common creative, common build and personas concept include embedding, driven, interactive to develop the model of differential users behavior. By questionnaire, interview and observation, the personas are founded through psychological and social characters to discuss how improve information service system. Thus this study may expand the Kuhltuau s model to other research and application fields.
