By using orthogonal design and single factor experiments, the optimal process was explored, which made nano—Cu powder have a better dispersion and stability in lubricating oil. Absorptiometry and transmission electron microscopy were used to detect the dispersion and stability of nano—Cu powder in lubricating oil.Experiments showed that under the optimal process conditions:shear rate of 6000 r/min,shear time of 3 h,the dispersant amount of 6 (account for the mass percentage of lubricating oil),HLB of surfactant mixed system range of 7.0 to 8.5,the nano—Cu powder have a better dispersion and stability in lubricating oil.The TEM diameter of nano— Cu powder in lubricating oil was uniform and there was no remarkable agglomeration.
