Abstract | 采用正交实验设计法及单因素实验法探讨了以纳米铜粉在润滑油中的分散稳定性为工艺最优目标,利用高剪 切混合乳化机分散润滑油中纳米铜粉的最佳工艺条件。利用吸光光度法及透射电镜检测纳米铜粉在润滑油中的分 散稳定性。结果表明,将纳米铜粉均匀稳定地分散在润滑油中的最优工艺条件为:剪切速率6000 r/rain,剪切时间 3 h,分散剂含量6 (占机械油的质量分数),表面活性剂的HLB值范围在7.O~8.5。由最优工艺分散的润滑油中 的纳米铜粉粒径均匀,基本无团聚现象。 By using orthogonal design and single factor experiments, the optimal process was explored,which made nano—Cu powder have a better dispersion and stability in lubricating oil. Absorptiometry and transmission electron microscopy were used to detect the dispersion and stability of nano—Cu powder in lubricating oil.Experiments showed that under the optimal process conditions:shear rate of 6000 r/min,shear time of 3 h,the dispersant amount of 6 (account for the mass percentage of lubricating oil),HLB of surfactant mixed system range of 7.0 to 8.5,the nano—Cu powder have a better dispersion and stability in lubricating oil.The TEM diameter of nano— Cu powder in lubricating oil was uniform and there was no remarkable agglomeration. |
